School Council

School councils play a key role in Victorian government schools. They are legally formed bodies given powers to set the key directions of a school within centrally provided guidelines. In doing this, a school council is able to directly influence the quality of education that the school provides for its students. Participating as a school council member is a rewarding and challenging experience. The school council supports the principal to provide the best possible educational outcomes for students. Nominations closed at 4pm yesterday for the 2020 School Council. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 16th March at 5.30pm in the staffroom – all welcome.
