Return to School – Monday 12th Oct 2020

All students back to school for onsite learning on Monday October 12th.  Please ensure students bring all school devices and charges with them on Monday and hand them to their teacher.

Arrangements for entry and departure to school on Monday remain as they were when we returned briefly in Term 2.

  • Staff and students only to enter school grounds
  • Students enter and leave by designated gates
  • Staggered departure at the end of each day

The gate your child/children will use is based on the location of your only, or youngest child’s classroom.

              Block A (the office building – Grades 34A, 34B, and all 5/6 grades) – Warringa Crescent gate

            Block B – (12A, 12B, 12C, 12D, 34C, 34D, 34E, 34F) – Powell Drive gate

            BER (All Prep grades and Grades 12E, 12F, 12G) Madison Avenue gate

Dismissal times:

Single Children – 2.45pm from youngest or only child’s designated gate

Family Groups – 2.55pm from designated gate

Students who walk or ride to school independently 3.00pm

Your child/ children will not be allowed to exit the school grounds until we see you. We will remain inside the school grounds with the children so you will need to come to the gate and we will send your child/ children to you. This is to ensure your child’s safety.

ALSO a friendly reminder that TERM 4 is when ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR THEIR WPS SUNSMART HATS DURING ALL OUTDOOR PLAY AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS.

Hats are available to purchase for $10 each from the school office.
